Ahhhh the joy in rowing

IMG_7747What a happy little HIIT rowing session today: 5 minute warm up, 6x 30 seconds hard rowing with 5x 1:30 second easy rowing intervals and a final 5 minute cool down. 

It felt fabulous.  I should have taken a photo of my splits. No matter. Today’s row made me think of the next Concept2 Challenge: Summer Solstice 2017.

I can hardly wait!
