We have been very impressed with Spectrum Internet service. Spectrum has given us excellent Customer Service through the entire process, from the first phone call to the service call in our home today – on time, at our convenience, calling ahead to let us know when the rep will be here and then the rep is here on time and always polite and very thorough.
