When I am doing one of these Concept 2 Rowing Challenges, especially when they go on for days or weeks, I find that FiTTz Meals are great to have on hand for my fast food go-to-eats. The vegetarian option is really nice because I can order the quinoa or the rice with vegetables for healthy carbs on a long row day like today’s 12k ladder down.
What I appreciate about Christopher’s service is I am not locked into any plan. I can change things around from week to week, month to month. He delivers to the box but the Honey-do just zips over to the Yellowhammer Cafe to pick up our order earlier in the day.
