The Hurricane Harvey is big news. My folks are in San Antonio and are doing fine in spite of the excessive rain and flooding. My mother said there were lots of refugees coming into town.
Berkeley. Yeah. Still a nightmare after all these years. (And this does not cover the sixties.)
Daniel Greefield. Still my favorite, prolific writer. THE CHURCH OF THE LEFT is an excellent piece.
My Church. I love it and I love how we are taught to serve and prepare for disasters. And I really love how we help everyone with 100% of donations going to actual aid, not to overhead.

Spent the evening with some youth at my Church. They asked questions, we, the panel, answered them. It was a great exchange.
Lots going on today. Things tumbling around in my head.
