If you have an opinion on North Korea, more power to you. If you want to know what other people think, then ask questions about that which you have power to vote on and legislate for the sake of Conservative/Libertarians.

It would be really lovely if you would pick a side and then frame the debate with your thoughts so we know what you think.

So the House passed a meager tax plan, a meager First Step toward Tax Reform, and that is nice. But now the fight begins with the Senate Bill, not passed, and currently lacking in its own right.

Will you please address issues like why you are for or against SALT, the Parent Tax Penalty, killing the Death Tax and killing Obamacare Tax on your Facebook page and your YouTube page and your Home Page?

Please, post on your social media sites substantial discussions regarding:

Maintain the domestic spending cap passed in the Budget Control Act (BCA)
Do not bail out health insurance companies.
Pay for future emergency spending.

Cutting your office expenses, by example, was a lovely gesture. But it is not enough after nine years in Congress.

Where is the legislation you are pressing to make the changes that are useful to your constituents? To the American Taxpayers?

Where are your Conservative-Libertarian policies clearly articulated so we, your constituents, can actively support you in pressing forward with a solid platform agenda for substantial and lasting change?

FULL Repeal is Tax Reform!

This is going to be brief because seriously, I am so sick of the Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell lies regarding so many things that I could spit.

Mark Sandford was right.

Mike Lee was right.

Seven years of promises and now the Republican Progressives are equally as corrupt as any Democrat Progressive when it comes to looking out for the taxpayers. And so are the alleged Moderates.

There is no stinking thing as a Moderate. A Moderate is also a Progressive.

Spit.

Bottom line, I cannot read one more report about anything to do with whatever the current bill is being promoted or set out there to keep, even partially, ObamacareHELL.

The principle of good governance depends on leaders who understand choice and accountability, the law of the harvest – meaning bad things happen to good people but when looked at with the law of abundance, there is enough to go around IF the government gets out of the way.

Everyone knows the government does not create wealth nor can it compel a spirit of charity or benevolence, or altruism as the secularists call it.

Government gives and takes money away. It takes from some to give to others. That is not charity. That is forced redistribution of wealth and that is neither freedom nor benevolence.

Real tax reform begins with Full Repeal of the Obamacare Tax. There cannot be any bailouts. And Congress needs to get a grip on itself. Congress must rise up to CUT, CAP and BALANCE THE BUDGET if real tax reform is to have any effect. Congressional addiction to living out of taxpayer pockets must end.

Part 2: Bill Posey’s 2017 Constituent Survey

Yesterday’s Part 1 post. Today I pick up commenting on items 9-15 on my Congressman’s survey.

10. NASA should be tasked with a bold new mission for human space flight but it ought not be taxpayer funding of private enterprise or cultural outreach.

11. I have no clue what this statement means so ask that you explain it or rephrase it: The federal government should create a more competitive regulatory environment to encourage commercial space

12. Redirecting education dollars to the states to allow School Choice is a great idea and so is abolishing the Department of Education. Let states expand vocational and technical education as they see fit. Let the market in each state drive the need.

13. Yes to canceling billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and instead of thinking ‘where can we spend,’ think about how you cannot spend it.

14. Expand no. Reduce and Simplify yes. Reduce and Simplify policy so Veterans have choices to get the help they need without Bureaucratic interference or mandates. Clean up the Veterans Administration, where expanded spending has done very little to help our troops and has become it’s own bureaucratic nightmare.

Part 1: Bill Posey’s 2017 Constituent Survey

Today I visited my Congressman’s home page and saw he has a 2017 Constituent Survey up. Here is my response to Bill Posey’s first eight survey statements:

Dear Bill Posey:

To answer your 2017 Constituent Survey:

1) Yes it is important to always temporarily restrict travel from nations that we know pose a serious national security threat to the United States of America.

2) Social Security is a nightmare. It has grown larger and more out of control than it was ever meant to be. It was originally designed to help people in their last years when they could not work, not the disaster it is now is become. It is a ponzi scheme therefore, your poll statement is horrible and is absolutely the wrong discussion to press forward. Read this Social Security Primer.

3) Yes. Put a five year-ban on White House and Congressional officials from becoming lobbyists after they leave government service.

4) Yes. Cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities and begin removing criminal and illegal immigrants.

5) Secure the border and ENFORCE CURRENT IMMIGRATION first before you start a web of new laws to reform what is probably not broken.

6) Yes. A border wall/barrier is reasonable and an effective part of keeping illegals out.

7) YES to Fully Repeal ObamaCare and Get Government OUT of Health Care. RESTORE THE FREE MARKET.

And by the way, Speaker Ryan’s AHCA stinks so NO to the #Ryanocare bill, just to be clear:

8) NAFTA needs improvement so be sure to break open transparent discussions on the subject as you move forward on what should happen next.

Today I got an email from Team Ryan HQ, info@speakerryan.com. Quote:

Too bad Speaker Paul Ryan and my Congressman, Bill Posey, cannot be more like the indomitable Senator Mike Lee on #FullRepeal and The Laudable Pursuit as a #BetterWay.

After all, true principles of Conservatism implemented consistently are the only way to keep Americans free.

Remember what the American people were sold: FULL REPEAL

WHEN will GOP Leadership just go with the flow and have an UP or DOWN VOTE on #FullRepeal?

Or is the GOP Leadership afraid to merely shut up and and simply vote Yes or No on #FullRepeal?

Americans have lost their doctors.
Americans are paying penalties for care they cannot afford nor deserve.
Americans have outrageous increases in premiums that keep going up.
Americans know the ACA is a taxpayer nightmare for generations to come.
Americans know they had the best healthcare system in the world long before the Progressives began meddling in and changing the system.
Americans know that Congress has the right to to FULL REPEAL ALL OF THE ACA.
Americans know Congress has the power to set the nation back on proper course.

To clarify things for Republican Leadership:

Americans know Jim Jordan is keeping his promise to fully repeal Obamacare.
Americans support Jim Jordan for his integrity in pressing forward with #FullRepeal.
Americans heartedly commend Jim Jordan for breaking away from weak Republican Leadership.

And to be sure there is no misunderstanding, Americans are sick and tired of middle-of-the-road–milk toast – mediocre Republicans in the House and Senate. Americans will no longer tolerate your backroom dealings with your front room facades.

The #BetterWay, the best solution, is to simply vote on One Sentence: Full Repeal First.

Get on with Full Repeal

So I saw this article with alleged comments by former Speaker John Boehner on my Twitter feed this morning and thought my head would explode. John Boehner, it seems, has come out of the shadows. It makes me wonder why he is emboldened to to speak out in such a a manner. Who pushed him into the light?

Honestly, I want to thank Boehner for confirming that I need to keep on encouraging my congressman, Bill Posey, to support #FullRepeal.

In the meantime….

Thank you, Jim Jordan for standing firm on repealing Obamacare. Thanks for being consistent.

As for the rest of the GOP wafflers, get on with full repeal already. You can do it one more time.

Stop the Bullies: Be your own Lobbyist

It is your right and civil obligation to join with good men and women in honorable organizations to increase your capacity to make your voice heard in Government. You also have the right and civil obligation to be well informed in order to speak your mind. So allow me to introduce you to the wonderful world of Heritage Action (HAction).

First of all, standing against tyrant-progressive agendas is not bullying. Disagreeing with fervor is not bullying. And speaking for yourself, lobbying independently as a citizen is not bullying no matter what organization you choose to join with in order to keep yourself well informed. Well, let me rephrase that last part: No matter which sensible organization you join.
